1. It's Lizzo's World

Lizzo is having a great year. Her song "Truth Hurts" has been a mainstay at the top of the Billboard Top 100 charts all summer, her album Cuz I Love You is a major hit, and her film Hustlers is currently the number one movie in America. Basically, it's Lizzo's world and we're just living in it.

2. Putting A Driver On Blast

On Monday, Lizzo tweeted out an accusation that her Postmates driver stole her food, even including a picture of the girl in question:

"Hey @Postmates this girl Tiffany W. stole my food she lucky I don’t fight no more"

People on Twitter were quick to point out that putting this driver on blast, revealing her information, and essentially calling for her to be fire was an overreaction to the situation. Lizzo has since deleted the tweet.

Postmates addressed the situation, saying "As soon as Lizzo reached out, we looked into the matter and quickly resolved the issue. We apologize to Lizzo for any inconvenience."

3. Her Apology

A source told Rolling Stone that "the Postmates employee in question waited at the designated drop-off location for 5 minutes, but was unable to reach Lizzo (or anyone else who placed the order), and moved on with their delivery."

Lizzo has since tweeted out an apology and promised to be more responsible on social media in the future. This isn't the first time that Lizzo has used her social media platform in an attempt to punish a regular person trying to do their job, so hopefully she can check the impulse before it really becomes a habit.
