Bailey may not be a household name yet, but she’s been making waves lately as one half of the duo Chloe x Halle, an R&B act with her sister Chloe. It’s safe to say that she will be able to handle “Part of Your World!”
While there is sure to be some racist backlash, tons of fans on Twitter are celebrating the decision to cast a woman of color as the mermaid. Bailey will no doubt crush the role, so haters to the left.
