By Jeff Mazzeo

Lindsay Lohan knows that it is important to center the body and the mind!

The 33-year-old actress flaunted her trim tummy on Sunday by sharing a super thin but fit selfie. Lilo wore a tight, white sports bra and a matching pair of spandex shorts as she pointed her toe to achieve the perfect bathroom mirror shot. Candid shots of the star are few and far between but the fact that she shared a snap proves that she is getting closer to nirvana.

Nothing To Lose

Lohan has always been svelt but she's now got some midsection muscle going on now.

"Starting the day with yoga 🌞,” she captioned her sunny selfie.

Her millions of fans were pretty stoked to see how happy she looked and sounded off in the comments.

"QUEEN OF DOING YOGA,” one follower wrote, while another said, β€œlooking beautiful as always πŸ™β€οΈβ€οΈ.”

Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan and WWE star, Natalie Neidhart sent love in the form of πŸ™πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™πŸ» emojis.

She's A Little Spacey

Who knew that Lindsay was a space enthusiast and a NASA fanatic? Lilo sent a special message to astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley who just arrived at the International Space Station. After being glued to the TV while watching the launch of SpaceX's Crew Dragon spacecraft, she wished the astronauts well.

"Godspeed πŸ™ πŸš€," she wrote alongside a picture of the rocket.

It was the first time since 2011 that NASA sent astronauts into orbit and we think it's pretty cool that Lindsay thought it was pretty cool.

Lohan Blacked Out

Lohan showed her support for racial equality by participating in #blackedouttuesday, where millions of people on social media went dark for a day. She posted a black image and refrained from sharing the trivial parts of her day out of respect for George Floyd and his family.

Lindsay is not one to make political statements often but she felt it was important to show solidarity with people of all races, religions, and creeds.

Face Masks In Dubai

Lindsay lives in Dubai and she took the time to thank the UAE for keeping the country safe during the pandemic back in April. She shared several photos where she posed in a face mask with police and emergency vehicles.

"@uaegov @dubaipolicehq I wanted to thank the Government of The UAE and The Dubai Police for their continued support during these uncertain times and keeping this Country safe. Wishing everyone a Blessed month and God Bless πŸ™," she wrote.

Some of the pics seem a little like propaganda but we're sure she meant well. Love ya, Lindsay!
