Lindsay Lohan Walks Away From MTV ‘Beach Club’ Show, Refused To Create Fake Drama for Producers

By Ryan Naumann

Lindsay Lohan is adamant her MTV show was not canceled but rather she decided not to come back for another season after being asked to create fake drama.

Sources close to Lindsay Lohan tell The Blast, the actress is telling close friends her MTV show won’t be back for season 2, and it’s all her decision.

The actress claims she just didn’t want to do another season. She felt producers wanted her whole family involved (including mother Dina, sister Ali and brothers Michael Jr. and Dakota), which was never the plan.

Lindsay also took issue with them wanting to create drama and invent storylines, including asking her to film therapy sessions. Sources close to Lindsay tell us she feels her life is drama-free and has been for some time. Lindsay wants to make sure it stays that way and not participate in fake drama for television.

She had problems with MTV not wanting to shoot at her new beach club located in Athens, that she is opening this summer with business partners. We're told Lindsay is currently in Mykonos for meetings about opening even more club locations and is happy she can focus on all her other ventures.

The worst part of all this is we now won’t get a part 2 of Lindsay doing her trademark “Lilo” dance.

“Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club” was developed after Lohan opened her first nightclub with business partners in 2016. The club is located on the Greek Island, Mykonos, and is called "Lohan Beach House Mykonos". She has also opened a second club on Lalyssos Beach, Rhodes.
