"Basketball Wives" star Laura Govan allegedly owes her landlord $21,000 and is now facing eviction as a result.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Govan signed a 1-year lease on September 1, 2017 for a 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 4,721 sq. ft. home in Porter Ranch, California. The lease called for Govan to pay $7,000/month.

Govan paid the rent for the first three months, but when it came time to pay for December, January, and February (it seems Govan was required to pay rent every three months) the landlord claims he didn't receive a dime.

The landlord served Govan with a 3-day notice to pay rent or get out back in December but thus far it seems she's done neither.

Govan is being sued for the $21,000 in rent owed, attorney fees and $233 per day that Govan remains in the home after March 1, 2018. The landlord is also looking for an order to have Govan evicted from the home.

We reached out to Govan for comment — so far, no word back.
