La Toya Jackson's all-encompassing entertainment company stands accused of bailing on their rent and now they are being sued for over $300,000.

According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, Douglas Emmett, a leading real estate company, claims they leased office space to Ja-Tail Enterprises in June 0f 2011. The lease, they claim, called for Ja-Tail to pay $11,618.10 per month, with annual increases.

But at some point in time, Douglas Emmett claims Ja-Tail stopped paying up and now they claim they're owed $324,000 in unpaid rent.

It's worth noting — the address of the office listed in the lawsuit is across the street from the office address given on Ja-Tail's website.

Douglas Emmet is seeking the unpaid rent, plus interest and damages.

According to their website, Ja-Tail — which lists La Toya as a founder — has several different entertainment divisions, including music, films, and television.

We reached out to Ja-Tail for comment — so far, no word back.
