The person was also charged with a misdemeanor for the trespassing for entering Kylie's property.

The charged reads, the person "who did unlawfully commit a trespass by driving a vehicle, upon real property belonging to and lawfully occupied by another and known not to be open to the general public, without the consent of the owner."

The two charges carry a jail sentence up to 2 years in jail. He has plead not guilty to the charges and is due back in court next month.

We broke the story, an obsessed fan was arrested at the home of Kylie Jenner after he allegedly scaled a wall on made his way onto her property.

According to our sources, he admitted to hopping over the fence and approaching the front door and knocking on it. Kylie does not know the individual. We're told Kylie was not home when the incident occurred and her security called the Los Angeles County Sherriff's as soon as they made contact with him.

Jenner filed a restraining order the next day, and he was ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her home.

Kylie Files Restraining Order

In the documents, Kylie filed a declaration explaining details about the encounter. She claims she was informed at 1:41 PM on the day that the person was "observed walking up the front driveway to the front door of my home." She continued, "he knocked aggressively" at the door.

The "KUWTK" star says the guy "follows me and members of my family on social media, using two separate Instagram accounts and a Facebook account." She is clear she does not have any, or want, a relationship with this person.

"I have no relationship with [the person] and have never met or communicated with [the person]. There is absolutely no reason for him to be contacting me or coming to my home," she says in the documents.

Protecting Stormi

Kylie is extremely concerned with the safety of her and Travis Scott's daughter, Stormi. She explains, "I have a young child and I also fear for her safety."

The cosmetics mogul says the fact that someone was able to "gain access to my home and to evade the security measures I have in place, scares me." She continued, "I have suffered, and continue to suffer, emotional distress," and she is worried the obsessed fan will return to her home."

The Kardashian family has had to deal with a string of stalking and situations similar to this one, to the point where they have been forced to hire round the clock security.

Last year, Kendall Jenner had to deal with an obsessed fan that was eventually deported to Canada after showing up to her home unannounced.
