Kristin & Jay appeared on the hit reality show for three seasons. As The Blast previously reported, Jay filed for divorce from Kristin on April 21. He is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their kids.

Kristin filed a counter-complaint for divorce asking for primary custody of the kids, temporary child support, $5 million to buy a new home, and a cut of his NFL retirement money.

The reality star accused her ex of “inappropriate marital misconduct” during the marriage. The two were able to reach a temporary agreement over custody, support and the $5 million Tennessee mansion. Sources claim cheating was not a problem in the relationship

Last month, the couple announced their split in a joint statement. It read, “With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce. We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family.”

The divorce is still pending and yet to be finalized.
