The couple originally purchased the home after marrying in 2013, for $5.3 Million. At the time, Cutler had just spent eight years as quarterback for the Chicago Bears, and the couple was preparing to move to Nashville from Illinois.

The massive estate is a three-story, seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, and is perched on top of a hill with a great amount of privacy.

If you can afford such a monster house, it comes equipped with a movie theater, a huge library, and of course multiple living rooms and dining areas.

As we reported, Kristin and Jay argued over her ability to purchase a home for herself and the children after the couple split. At the time, she claimed Cutler would not release the funds for her to be able to purchase another home.

Eventually, Cavallari was able to plunk down $5 Million on a Nashville estate, close to the current family home.

According to reports, the property has both the main house, which is a "modern interpretation of a farmhouse," and another house on the massive compound.

At this point, Kristin and Jay are 'bird-nesting' in terms of their custody arrangement. This is where the kids stay in one location and the parents rotate in and out of that home.

"This new main property would be perfect as a 'nest' for the kids and when it's Jay's turn to be with [them] in the main house, Kristin would happily be able to stay in the second house," a source told People.com.

As we previously reported, the couple filed for divorce in April after 10 years of marriage. The divorce documents seemed to indicate there may be issues in the couples split, including custody and living arrangements.

The case is ongoing.
