Kardashian Family Realtor Tapped to Sell 'Keeping Up' Family Home

The owners of the home featured on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" are tired of their famous property sitting on the market with no action, so they've enlisted the man responsible for moving more Kardashian real estate than anybody in Hollywood.

Tomer Fridman now has the listing for the 7,800 sq ft Studio City mansion that served as the exterior shots for Kris Jenner's home on "KUWTK." While the family never actually lived in the property, it has become a staple in the neighborhood for its frequent appearance on television.

Sources close to the sale of the house tell us the former realty group were unable to sell it, so the owners called in Fridman. He has represented the Kardashian family on their numerous real estate deals for years, including the $20 million home in Hidden Hills for Kim and Kanye. Some of his other celeb clients have included Jessica Simpson, JLo and Britney Spears.

The 7-bed 9-bath Mediterranean-inspired property, named the Iredell Estate, is magnificent. It boasts a private theater, a subterranean wine cellar and intimate tasting room and stone fireplaces. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and features a cascading waterfall.

It's currently on the market for $7,895,000 with Fridman and co-agents Dana Olmes and Jeff Biebuyck from Compass Real Estate.
