Kourtney Kardashian's sometimes boyfriend Luka Sabbat is firing back at the lawsuit accusing him of being paid $45,000 to promote a company and then failing to do so.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 21-year-old model denies all allegations he screwed over a PR company on a social media deal they signed him to earlier this year.

Sabbat denies the allegations he failed to make the required posts per the agreement and accuses the company of not suffering any damages due to any of his actions.

As The Blast first reported, PR Consulting sued Sabbat and accused him of screwing them over on a lucrative social media deal.

They claimed to have signed him to an influencer agreement and paid Sabbat $45k to post on social media during Milan and Paris Fashion Week.

PR Consulting reached out to sign Sabbat to get involved in a marketing campaign they were handling for Snapchat.

They agreed to pay him a total of $60,000 with an up-front payment of $45,000 to be “photographed in public” wearing Snapchat’s eyeglasses, Spectacles.

Sabbat was contracted to do one regular post and three stories on his own Instagram account, but allegedly only completed one post and one story. He was also required to turn over analytics for the campaign and allegedly did not.

Sabbat, who has 1.7 million followers on Instagram and only 370,000 on Twitter, did not give back the $45,000, so the company wants $90,000 plus attorney’s fees to make it right.

The case is ongoing.
