Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima is demanding the $5 million lawsuit accusing him of assaulting a security guard at Coachella be thrown out.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bendjima is denying all allegations of wrongdoing or that he was responsible for the alleged assault against Mario Herrera.

The model argues that Herrera played a role in the alleged incident and should be held responsible for his part. Bendjima says the security guard was negligent and blames him. He also says if Herrera did suffer damages it was caused by third parties.

Kourtney K’s ex is demanding the entire case be dismissed and he not have to pay the man a dime.

Last year, Mario Herrera sued Benjima accusing him of trying to enter a bathroom with his then-girlfriend Kourtney at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Herrera was working as a security guard and told Benjima he couldn’t go in with Kourtney to the single-gender bathroom. He claimed this caused the model to become enraged and he lifted him up and slammed him against a wall.

The guard sued seeking $5 million for damages and the alleged injuries he had to be treated for at the hospital.

Benjima was close to being hit with a default judgment in the case but finally showed up in May.

The model reached a deal with the man suing him to vacate the default that had been entered against the model in the case and allow him to answer.

The case is ongoing.
