Vanessa Bryant Celebrates Release Of New Kobe Children's Book Since NBA Legend's Death

Vanessa Bryant is honoring her husband, Kobe Bryant, and the release of a new book in his children's basketball collection called, 'The Wizenard Series.'

Kobe's wife shared a photo of the new book on Instagram, saying, "Welcome back to Dren! We hope you are all ready to catch up with the West Bottom Badgers for another magical basketball season. The #Wizenard Series: Season One is OUT NOW. #KobeBryant #GranityStudios #Kobeinc."

The 'Wizenard Series: Season One," was created by Kobe Bryant and is written by Wesley King.

This new book in the series is a follow-up to Kobe's New York Times Bestselling children's book “The Wizenard Series: Training Camp."

The book follows a struggling basketball team call the West Bottom Wizards, who live in a poor neighborhood called, 'Dren.' The new book focuses on the life of a little boy named Reggie, who dreams of becoming a basketball star. The story follows his process through learning the sport. Sound familiar?

Fans of Kobe's say the series is phenomenal and are sending Vanessa messages of support.

"The first book really taught me so much about myself and the power i have to overcome my fears and doubts, so i’m super excited for this one," one person wrote.

Another added, "Mine will be here today! I’ve been reading this series with my daughter. Sooo excited to receive this book today 🧡🐍 Got the whole collection for my son."

Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old, Gigi, were killed in a helicopter crash on January 26, along with seven other passengers. The group was on their way to a youth basketball game in Los Angeles for Kobe's Mamba Academy.
