"This relationship will allow me to focus on the creative elements that I'm so passionate about while benefiting from the incredible resources of Coty, and launching my products around the world," Kim told TMZ.com.

Interestingly, Kim issued a statement about the deal, considering the companies are locked up in litigation over allegations of The Kardashians sharing trade secrets of its original partner with the new company.

We broke the story, a company called 'Seed Beauty,' sued Kim's company alleging they were key in the success of Kim AND Kylie's beauty brands and are worried their business secrets are now being given to Coty.

As we reported, Kylie Jenner also sold a chunk of her company to the same cosmetics giant for $600 Million.

The company filed the suit asking an L.A. judge to stop the girls from transferring information about their operations to the new partners.

"There is a concrete threat that KKW will disclose (off the trade secrets) to one of Seed Beauty's largest competitors, Coty," the suit claimed.

The good news, Kim only sold 20 percent of her company, so unlike Kylie, she will retain a majority stake and will still most likely have the final say in big decisions with her brand.

Bottom line: This is a huge success for Kim Kardashian, which along with her sister, has pulled in $800 MILLION for their beauty brands in the last year!
