Khloe Kardashian’s BF Tristan Thompson Slaps Alleged Baby Mama With Legal Papers

Khloe Kardashian’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson is moving his legal battle against an alleged baby mama forward.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tristan hired a process server to track down Kimberly Alexander, the woman who claims he is the father to her 5-year-old son.
The server was able to locate Kimberly at her home in North Hollywood and served her with Tristan’s lawsuit at the front door. The service being completed means the NBA star’s lawsuit can move forward against Kimberly.
Back in May, Tristan filed the lawsuit against Kimberly in Los Angeles Court. Prior to the suit being filed, Kimberly had been vocal on social media claiming Tristan was the biological father to her kid and ignoring his responsibilities. The NBA star was adamant the kid wasn’t his and threatened to sue Kimberly if she didn’t stop defaming his name.
In the lawsuit, Tristan said he took a DNA test back in January that showed he was not the father. He claims Kimberly continued spreading the lies about him despite seeing the DNA test results.
He had issues with her writing, "I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child." Tristan says he offered to take another DNA test but she refused.
Tristan then decided to call into question Kimberly’s motives for accusing him of being the father. He did his research and claimed Kimberly had been evicted from 5 homes in the past 7 years. He said her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, even dropped her as a client recently.
Kimberly has yet to respond to the allegations in court but hasn’t stopped making the claims about Tristan. The case is ongoing.
