Khloé Kardashian is down 33 lbs. since giving birth to her adorable daughter True a little over three months ago.

The "Revenge Body" star credits her post-partum weight loss to "the combination of breastfeeding and being very active during and after my pregnancy."

Over the last few years, Klo$ has dedicated a huge part of her life and career to working out and being healthy, while also emphasizing body positivity and size inclusivity with her clothing line Good American.

The new mommy took to her app to open up about her post-baby body saying she didn't "put any pressure" on herself to get back to her pre-baby weight but wanted to get back into her usual workout routine.

"Here is where I am at currently," Kardashian wrote. "True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn't give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn't able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly."

Shortly after giving birth, photos surfaced of Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson and trolls were quick to point out the size of her famous booty. The no-BS, open book reality star quickly responded to the photos and instead of giving in to body shamers, simply said she was excited to start working out again.

KoKo explained in her post today that she uses exercise as a stress reliever and that she's 100% ok with being a little "selfish" and focusing on self-care.

Post-partum celebrity bodies have become the scorn of woke-mommy-media due to placing unrealistic expectations for #bodygoals on moms without the privileges of round the clock childcare, nutritionists or trainers.

Khloé notes, however, that she doesn't compare herself to others, "as every woman has their own journey. We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives." Which might be the most important takeaway from the post for other recent moms who might be comparing themselves to Khloé.

You do you, she'll do her and everyone wins.
