Singer Keyshia Cole has reached a settlement in her never-ending divorce from former NBA star Daniel Gibson.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, Keyshia and her ex have informed the court they have reached a deal in their divorce. The settlement will cover the division of their martial property, custody and support.

Keyshia originally filed for divorce back in September 2017. he cited irreconcilable differences for the split and listed the date of separation as October 31, 2014. The couple got married in 2011.

In the petition, the singer requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Daniel Gibson Jr. Daniel responded to the divorce months later. The case dragged on for years despite the singer publicly saying she wanted to finalize it. At one point, Keyshia said Daniel’s lawyers needed to change their position on child support and custody.

Back in December, the judge presiding over the divorce ordered the former couple to show up to court. He was tired of the case being delayed for months and warned them to wrap it up. The documents read “This is your FOURTH AND FINAL NOTICE.” Both had to appear in court or face being hit with a fine.

It appears the warning worked because they finally figured out a settlement to bring an end to their divorce.

As The Blast previously reported, Keyshia is still facing a separate lawsuit brought by her former landlord.

The singer was sued over an alleged $70,000 in damages to a rental home. Her former landlord claimed Keyshia breached the lease, “by causing extensive damage to the Property which rendered it unrentable and which caused substantial damages in form of repair costs by Plaintiff in the total sum of not less than $69,925.49, for the damages and repair work, as more fully set forth and itemized on the statement.” The case is ongoing.
