Hart's attorney, Andrew Brettler, spoke to Entertainment Weekly with an update:

“While he’s doing a little work here and there for the film, he doesn’t expect to be fully back to work until the new year," Brettler said.

Hart has been doing more physical therapy while in recovery, working on stretches and using therapy bands.

Worked On Recent 'Jumanji' Campaign

Hart has been seen at work on a campaign for the new movie Jumanji: The Next Level.

For the campaign, Hart worked with stars Dwayne Johnson, Danny DeVito and Danny Glover, who all said they were "happy to see him." Popculture writes that the other actors "worked reduced schedules" to accommodate him.

Hart Had Broken Parts Of His Spine

Jumanji: The Next Level will be out Dec. 13.

In September, Hart was riding in his 1970 Barracuda in Malibu when driver Jared S. Black went through a wooden fence and ended up in a ditch. Black and his fiance, Rebecca Broxterman, were also injured.

Hart had surgery to fuse a a few spinal fractures and will reportedly make a full recovery.
