'The Girls Next Door' Star Kendra Wilkinson Is Becoming A Real Estate Agent!!

Former Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson is becoming a real estate agent!
The 'Girls Next Door' star made the announcement on social media after passing the California Real Estate Exam. In Kendra's post, the reality star revealed she has been studying for the test while under quarantine -- and just passed the exam!
The best part is Kendra says she passed it on the first try, something that is not easily done by any stretch of the imagination.
Could this be the first step back into reality television?!
"What I’ve been working on during quarantine finally paid off by passing my California real estate exam on the first try. Kids n couple friends rooting for me!!! Was so nervous i couldn’t even sleep one minute but I did it and now I can breathe and celebrate my hard work. Hahaha," Kendra posted on Instagram.
The former playmate, who starred in a reality show when then-boyfriend Hugh Hefner, posted the proof of her outstanding news -- showing off the paperwork of her passing grade!

Fans flooded Kendra's social media sending messages of support, and congratulations for such a huge accomplishment.
"I’m so incredibly proud of you!!! You worked your a-- off and studied so hard for so long! Big things coming your way!!! Such a great achievement. I knew you could do it, never once doubted it. Love you my friend," one person wrote.
Another fan, who is in the real estate business, gave her props, saying, "Welcome to the Real Estate world from one Realtor to another ???❤️"

As you can imagine, tons of people think this is the first step to jumping back into reality television.
'Million Dollar Listing' is a hugely popular TV show, which follows high-end realtors as they sell some of the biggest houses in Los Angeles and New York.
It's unclear if this is the reason for the new chapter, but we all know she would be PERFECT for the real estate reality show world!
Plus, If you had a choice between Kendra or some of those other guys, she wins!
