Kendall Jenner Offloads Luxury Wilshire Apartment, Scores $100K

Kendall Jenner got a belated 22nd birthday gift that not many of her friends can relate with ... she sold her million dollar apartment for a six-figure profit.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Kris Jenner signed over the deed on November 8 to Kendall's residence located in the snazzy Wilshire condominium tower. The selling price was $1.4 million.

The 2,068-square-foot 2 bed/2.5 bath corner unit was originally purchased in 2014 for $1.3 million. The homeowners association dues are a bit pricey at $3,538 a month, but it pays for a 24-hour valet, doorman, concierge and security services, several lounges and social rooms, a temperature controlled wine storage room, a heated swimming pool and a fitness center.

Even though it was Kendall's home, Kris is in charge of the family trust, so she had to ink the documents.

Kendall only lived in the apartment for a couple years before upgrading to a house on the Sunset Strip. Soon after moving into that house, a stalker showed up at her front door and she sold that house for around $6 million, making a $350,000 profit.

The young KarJenner is moving so much property it may be time to give up that whole modeling thing and jump into real estate.
