Kendall Jenner may have to cough up some major dough because an L.A. based art collective is accusing the reality star of causing confusion over pizza. According to court records obtained by The Blast, Robert Karageuzian sued Jenner and Apple over her "Pizza Boys" radio show she recently launched with Apple's Beats 1.

Karaguezian is the founder of "Pizzaboyzzz," an art collective and online store featuring an assortment of works and merchandise. He also claims to own a trademark on "Pizzaboyzzz" and says that Jenner's show is causing customer confusion and harming their business.

They had previously sent a cease and desist letter to immediately halt any merchandise sales and advertising of the radio show, but now Karaguezian is taking official action.

The lawsuit seeks an injunction that would prohibit Jenner and Apple from continuing to use the Pizza name, and also for any cheese they've already collected.
