The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and supermodel joined up with Kenneth Cole to launch the 'Mental Health Coalition' -- an organization designed to gather funding to help people in need of assistance and treatment.

Jenner opened up about her own issues and described just how severe her panic attacks were growing up.

"I was really, really young and I remember feeling like I couldn't breathe and ran into my mom and like, 'Mom I can't breathe. Something must be wrong," she said on 'Good Morning America.'

In addition to joining Cole with the mental health initiative, Kendall also joined up with the "How are you, really?" challenge -- asking her fans to speak their mind about their current feelings.
