Kendall Jenner had an alleged stalker arrested outside her home earlier this week for trespassing ... the second time he's been locked up in the last six weeks.

According to our sources, John Ford was arrested on Tuesday and charged with trespassing and violating a criminal protective order. The reason Jenner has the order is because Ford has broken onto her property three other times, including an arrest on September 1 where he spent three days behind bars after pleading guilty to trespassing.

We're told Jenner's legal team wants the guy charged with felony stalking and plans to dispatch her high-powered lawyer, Shawn Holley, to seek a civil protection order against him. Our sources say authorities may also contact ICE to step in and initiate proceedings to have him sent back to Canada, which is where Ford is from.

Ford was arrested Tuesday while wandering near Jenner's home, and we've obtained a photo of the moment when authorities and security closed in on him.

According to our sources, The Kardashians will use every legal method at their disposal to stop the guy as an example to anyone else who might try such a thing.

Because of this incident, we're told Kendall Jenner has increased security to a very high level.

Jenner's house is located in the ultra-secure gated community in Los Angeles, where the likes of Britney Spears and Charlie Sheen have previously called home. We are told the community is also stepping up security measures around the community.
