Sources close to production tell The Blast that everyone is very excited for Kelly and she has been a joy to work.
The show is going full force with NBCUniversal locking down 200-plus stations for the launch of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” meaning it will air in 99% of the country.
Clarkson has only given a limited preview of the talk show thus far. She will be the lead-in for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in most markets.
The “American Idol” season one winner even took to stage during her tour to celebrate the new talk show with a glass of wine.
NBC announced the show stating, “In each episode, audiences will experience an hour full of remarkable stories, celebrity guests, spontaneous surprises, humor, heart and, of course, good music! It’s like a weekday brunch party with a fascinating guest list of people who would otherwise never meet.”
