Kanye West Goes On A Twitter Rant About Kim Kardashian And Kris Jenner

On Sunday, Kanye West appeared in South Carolina for the first stop on his presidential campaign -- he did not qualify to make it on the ballot in SC -- and many were shocked by the erratic nature of his speech. He screamed about "almost killing his daughter" North and expressed some controversial views on the work of abolitionist Harriet Tubman, and many were disturbed by his behavior.

West's wife, Kim Kardashian, explained earlier this month that West was in the middle of a bipolar episode that was fueling his troubling behavior, and on Monday night, that seemed to escalate.

On Monday night, West went on a lengthy Twitter rant targeting Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. First he posted screenshots showing that he was googling actresses Halle Berry and Jennifer Lawrence and the music video for Michael Jackson's "Black Or White" before launching into a now deleted tirade claiming that Kardashian and Jenner tried to "lock him up."

"Kriss don’t play with me you and that calmye are not allowed around my children Ya’ll tried to lock me up"

"Everybody knows the movie get out is about me"

"I put my life on the line for my children that North’s mother would never sell her sex rape [sic]"

" put my life on my God that Norths mom would never photograph her doing playboy and that’s on God I’m at the ranch ... come and get me"

West continued, telling Kardashian and Jenner to "come and get me." West tweeted more, claiming that "Kim tried to bring a doctor to lock me up with a doctor." He seemed to taunt Kardashian and Jenner, telling them to "call me now."

West also tweeted that "the West children will never do Playboy," further digs at Kardashian and her mother. He ended on a series of tweets about NBC and the Kardashian family's control.

"I love my wife. My family must live next to me. It’s not up to E or NBC anymore"

"Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday"

West is clearly unwell, and fans expressed their concern over the rapper's well-being on social media.

"Kanye West blatantly needs a level of care and support that he isn’t currently getting from the people in his life. The man is open about his struggles with having bipolar disorder. But, every time he goes through a period of mania, it gets turned into a meme or joke."

"Kanye West is not well. I am not saying that in a shaming way. He has been very public about his bipolar and calls it his superpower. Fame is not a help. I can't help but believe that if he had stayed a pretty anonymous music producer he'd be in a better place. He needs support."

"I’m worried for Kanye West and I hope he gets the help that his soul deserves. He has one of the greatest minds of our generation, but it’s running wild right now."
