Kanye West Gets Love From Donald Trump Jr. For New Album 'Jesus Is King'

Kanye West’s new album “Jesus Is King” is getting trashed by critics but he has a supporter in Donald Trump Jr.

Trump Jr. fired off a tweet stating, “Kanye West is cracking the culture code. @kanyewest ’s new album #JesusIsKing is the epitome of fearless creativity and “dangerous, unapproved” ideas.”

He continued, “Leftists always try to silence those who are speaking truth. They’re waging a war on our family and culture. Kanye is a pioneer.”

Kanye’s album was released last week and quickly was ripped by some fans. “Jesus Is King” is his first album with no swearing and runs for only 27 minutes.

Trump Jr.’s support for the album is no surprise given Kanye’s chummy relationship with the President, along with his wife Kim Kardashian visiting the White House multiple times and posing with Trump.


Kanye has been making bold statements while promoting his new album. He was quoted as saying he would never play his old songs, since he

West was asked about his relationship with Trump during a sit-down with Zane Lowe. He said, “"For the greatest artist in human existence to put a red hat on was God’s practical joke to all liberals. Like, 'No! Not Kanye!’”


He talked in depth about his newfound faith in God and how his views have changed on premarital sex. “I was asking people to not have premarital sex while working on the album… I thought if we could all focus and fast together, the power [could be] increased.”

West added, “My 20-year vision? Everything that I do is for the church.”
