Kanye West Bought Kim Kardashian a $14 Million Condo for Christmas

Kanye West went over the top with his Christmas gift to Kim Kardashian by surprising her with a $14 million condo in Miami.

Sources close to the couple tell The Blast that Kanye snatched up a unit in the ultra-bougie beachfront tower named Faena House. We're told the couple absolutely loves Miami and plans on spending more time there.

According to Page Six, Kanye grabbed a fifth-floor condo in the 18-story building. The 4,700-square-foot condo features four bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms, and a wraparound terrace.

The building itself features a 24-hour doorman, security surveillance, a valet, in-house spa, and a fitness center with direct ocean views.

Kanye West was spotted in Miami earlier this month for Art Basel where he partied with Lil Wayne.
