The non-profit Kanye West founded has proclaimed they are distancing themselves from the hip-hop star and changing their name after a very public fight with Kim Kardashian, but it turns out the organization was already in peril of being shut down long before the fight with Kanye went viral.

Kim claimed the man, who was a longtime friend of Kanye, was lashing out for an inability to "sustain the foundation." Donda's House put out a statement shortly after that they were going to drop using Donda's name, in part because of Kardashian's comments.

However, the organization seemed to already be heading for that direction prior to the Twitter war. The official for the Illinois Secretary of State tells us after approximately 5 months of being in "Not Good Standing" a corporation is automatically dissolved.

The Blast reached out to Donda's House and Rhymefest for comment.
