"Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley is a southpaw was a vicious jab and she showed off her intense bag work during a Thursday workout with her boyfriend, Zack Carpinello. The mom of two unloaded on the bag with relentless combos that proved she is not to be messed with. Some would say she looked Disturbed because that is the band that pumps her up the most.

The reality star wore black leggings, a tiny sports bra and a very cute pair of pink boxing gloves as "24" proudly filmed his love. JWoww shared the boxing video and several other heavy metal workouts with her millions of fans on Instagram.

"Trying to get back into my gym routine," she declared in the caption of her post. "It’s so much harder the older you get... 😫 so if you work out.. DON’T STOP! Keep that s**t going."

"I also listen to @disturbed on max when working out 😂😂😂."

Jenni said she had "a lot to work on" but admitted she loves lacing up the gloves. "My feet and legs are stiff when I box because it’s been a year since I’ve done it... but it’s also my favorite cardio," JWoww said. However, her boyfriend said that he has full confidence in his beau's ability to kick ass.

"She gave me a few practice shots to the stomach," Zack wrote on Instagram, "believe me, when I say my girl is capable of ending the life of any human with her own hands, it’s true 🥊."

Jenni is getting a head start on her New Year's resolution and she outlined her fitness goals.

"My 2020 goal is to live a healthier, happier life... and also have abs 😂😂😂 I’ve started to circuit train with my @inspirefitnessofficial M5 and jump on their crossrower to keep my heart rate up... so we shall see what 2020 and turning 35 brings 🤷🏽‍♀️🙌🏼," she hopefully exclaimed.

Her co-stars and friends were impressed and showed their support by commenting on the vicious workout videos.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is on his own mission to have an amazing 2020 after being locked up in a federal penitentiary in 2019. He encouraged Jenni by commenting, "2020 Let’s get it 🔥🔥🔥," while his wife Lauren wrote, "Yasssss 🥊."

"Total Divas" star and professional wrestler Natalya Neidhart said, "Get it," and several fans said she looked great.

Her boxing skills will make you think twice about crossing the "Jersey Shore" star.
