Justin Bieber is denying he did anything wrong during a fight two years ago during the NBA Finals and claims if the guy suing him was injured in any way ... it's because Bieber was acting in self-defense.
As The Blast first reported, Bieber is being sued by Tobias Cannon over a fight that went down during the NBA Finals in Cleveland on June 8, 2016. Cannon took a photo of Bieber after the singer allegedly swiped his shades and claims that Bieber became irate over the photo and attacked him.
During the incident, Cannon alleges Bieber used "racial epithets" which we're told included the "N-word."
In new documents obtained by The Blast, Bieber denies any wrongdoing. He claims anything that may have happened between them was Cannon's fault and says "Bieber reasonably believed Plaintiff was going to harm him and any force he used was only the amount reasonably necessary to protect himself."
Justin Bieber is asking for the case to be dismissed and wants to have his attorneys' fees paid for.
A judge has yet to rule.
