Justin Bieber has just filed a lawsuit against a woman who claimed the pop star sexually assaulted her in a hotel room back in 2014.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Justin Bieber filed the case against 'Jane Doe' (aka Danielle) who he points out is behind a Twitter account that published allegations the 'Stuck With U' singer sexually assaulted her at a Four Seasons Hotel on March 9, 2014.
In the lawsuit, Justin claims the alleged victims "fraudulently schemed to seek attention and fame by maliciously posting despicable, blatantly false, fabricated, defamatory accusations that Justin Beiber engaged in sexual assault."
It continues, "It is abundantly clear that these two individuals are trying to capitalize on the climate of fear permeating the entertainment industry."
In fact, the pop star claims he wasn't even in the hotel at the time in which the assault allegedly took place, saying, "Bieber did not stay at that hotel in March of 2014, and there are multiple witnesses and documentary evidence to dispute 'Danielle's' maliciously lie."
The filing claims "the allegations made by Jane Doe #2 (aka Kadi) are likewise factually impossible are contradicted by her own prior written statements, are supported only by falsified or fake texts, and her allegations are a complete fabrication for the self-stated purpose of garnering fame and attention, and there are numerous witnesses to contradict Kadi's malicious lies."
In the suit, Justin wants it to be clear, "while (he) believes every claim of sexual assault should be taken seriously, (he) vehemently denies, as outlandish false fabrications, the despicable allegations that he sexually assaulted the woman in 2014 and or 2015.
As we reported, Justin Bieber was accused on Twitter of sexually assaulting two women, who according to the lawsuit he suggests may be the same person.
Justin is suing for a minimum of $20 Million in damages.

The woman Justin Bieber is now suing, posted a story anonymously on Twitter earlier this week -- claiming she was sexually assaulted in an Austin, Texas hotel room during the SXSW music conference.
In her statement, the woman claims she was in attendance for a Justin Bieber concert, and following the performance she was approached by a man who asked if she wanted to wait after and meet the pop star.
At the time, she says Justin did, in fact, show up and hang out with the group of girls and invited them to the Four Seasons Hotel.
The woman detailed the assault on Twitter, including describing a sexual interaction with Justin inside the hotel room.
At the time, the woman claims she asked him where Selena Gomez was to make conversation, and he told her not to worry about it and the singer would be coming up to the room at a later time.
The woman then details a graphic sexual assault.
In the lawsuit, Bieber admits he did attend the event but went to a private after-party following his performance. where he stayed until almost 4 AM. After the party, Biebs says he ate at a hot dog stand -- something he says there are photographs and several witnesses to back up his story.
