Justin Bieber proved Drews stick together!

The "I Don't Care" singer sported Drew Barrymore's face on his T-shirt seemingly returning the favor after the actress supported his Drew House clothing line.

Walking out of his therapy session Tuesday in Los Angeles, Bieber proudly displayed his shirt before heading into a waiting car.

Months ago, Barrymore kicked off the friendship by sporting a tie dye Drew tee and gushing over how much she liked it.

FYI -- Bieber's middle name is Drew so that's where the clothing line's name stems from.

The singer's been hawking his line and also just showed off his wedding band for the first time in a while.
