Justin Bieber has reached a deal to sit and be grilled by his alleged assault victim.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the man suing Bieber, Tobias Cannon, has dropped his demand for sanctions. Cannon sued Bieber over a brawl that went down in 2016. Bieber has denied all wrongdoing.

Cannon recently accused Bieber of blowing off multiple depositions in the case. He demanded a judge step in and help. He pointed out the trial is set for December 9, and he needs to depose Bieber to build his case.

During a recent hearing, Bieber and Cannon informed the judge they handled the situation themselves. Cannon agreed to drop his motion and Bieber will figure out the deposition date.

The case is ongoing.

As The Blast first reported, Bieber is being sued by Cannon over a fight that went down during the NBA Finals in Cleveland on June 8, 2016. Cannon took a photo of Bieber after the singer allegedly swiped his shades and claims that Bieber became irate over the photo and attacked him.

During the incident, Cannon alleges Bieber used "racial epithets," which we're told included the "N-word."
