"Modern Family" star Julie Bowen and her ex-husband Scott Phillips have reached an agreement divvying up their assets and cash fairly evenly.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the couple had $25.3 million in assets — Scott gets $12.3 million of it, while Julie gets a little more than $13 million.

Among the items they split up, Scott keeps their home in Studio City (worth $5.4 million) while Julie gets a home in Los Angeles that she purchased after their split for $3.1 million.

The couple shared multiple bank accounts that had over a million dollars deposited in them and they split a bunch of them up evenly — with the exception of one worth $1.3 million and another worth $2.5 million that both went to Julia.

As far as custody, child support and spousal support, the docs state that all of those issues were filed in a private settlement agreement.

After everything was divided up, Bowen kicked in additional $320,000 to make things perfectly even.

As The Blast first reported, Bowen and Phillips submitted a judgment package on Tuesday in the split with Scott Phillips. The two hashed out a private settlement and a judge signed off on the deal.

Bowen filed for divorce in February after 13 years of marriage. The couple has three sons together: Oliver and twins John and Gustav.
