Joseph Baena is making his Mr. Olympia dad proud!
Arnold Schwarzenegger's muscleman son rang in his 22nd birthday with a gym-themed party over the weekend.
The bash was titled "Joe's Gym" and included squirt guns full of liquor, a dumbbell decorated cake and a station with high-priced recovery equipment for workout enthusiasts.
Arnold's son looked relaxed and happy during his event and while he showed a lot of love to Nicky, he spent plenty of time with his bros too.
Joseph, whose birthday was October 2, even got a birthday shout-out from his famous pops.
Sharing tons of personal photos of the two, Arnold posted a sweet birthday tribute to his "fantasic" son.
"Happy birthday Joseph!" Arnold said on social media. "Watching you graduate from college this year and seeing you follow your passions has been amazing. You are a fantastic son, and I can’t wait for our next training session. I love you."
Joseph responded with an equally cute comment. "Thank you dad! Love you too and can’t wait for the next pump," Baena wrote back.
Baena's most impressive physique pics are when he recreates Arnold's most famous poses.
Earlier this year, Joseph flexed his muscles on Instagram in a pose his pops perfected back in his Mr. Olympia days. He captioned the pic, "Had to take advantage of the lighting ? #classic #sidechest #trainheavy."
The duo both love to workout and often lift together, so it's no surprise Joseph's birthday mirrored what he enjoys most.
