The 22-year-old influencer shared an intense workout to Instagram on Monday at the Mamba Sports Academy where she worked on her core and her famous glutes. She wore an all-black outfit with tight leggings so she could see all her muscles activate when she was exercising. Woods strapped her feet and flexed her core to do what she called a "modified plank" and used the climbing machine to make sure her backside stays in shape. Jordyn joked that by her fifth set she was much more gracefull on the machine.
