Johnny Depp's former lawyers can't get a hold of the star to sit down and ask some questions regarding their ongoing legal battle, so they're asking a judge to do it for them.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star was supposed to sit down for a deposition earlier this month with Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman.

The actor blew off the deposition, and now BHDRLFS&G are demanding the court order the actor to sit and get grilled about his accusations regarding the law firm allegedly conspiring with his ex-manager to screw him out of millions of dollars.

Depp has been locked in a legal dispute with the lawyers for quite some time, and each side has accused the other of mismanaging the star's finances. There are also dueling lawsuits for millions in damages.

The law firm claims the actor's new legal team have been dragging their feet on providing discovery to back up their allegations, and explain that without the proper documents, or the cooperation for a deposition, they won't get a fair shot in the case.

A judge has yet to rule on the demand for a deposition.

Earlier this year, Depp settled a similar case he had against his ex-managers. Luckily, his starring role in the upcoming "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" will help him climb out of his alleged financial turmoil.
