Johnny's Arrival:

His former bride arrived at court with her sister, Whitney. Keeping it classic, the "Aquaman" actress wore a black long flowing skirt with her short-sleeved shirt tucked in tight. Sporting heels and letting her blonde hair flow freely, the 34-year-old actress clung to her sister's hand for support as she made her way into court with her team. Amber Heard's sister has been there to support her over the past several months. They've leaned on each other through thick and thin, especially after the death of their mother earlier this year.

Amber Heard & Sister Show Solidarity:

Their first day in court proved to be explosive with Johnny Depp shooting down the claims that he ever laid a hand on Amber Heard. According to Page Six, the "Sweeney Todd" actor took the stand and admitted to taking “every drug known to man" but said he was not a “wife-beater” who hurt his once bride, Amber Heard, as he was reportedly called by The Sun. Johnny Depp is suing the British outlet for making the damaging accusation. The star wasted no time allegedly throwing out accusations of his own aimed at Amber Heard.

Johnny's Testimony:

Stating his ex-wife “said to the world that she was in fear of her life from me, and I had been this horrible monster, if you will,” Johnny Depp told the court that was “not the case.” He reportedly alleged that she was the abusive spouse in their relationship and his barrister accused her of fabricating “a catalog of ever more extreme and shocking lies.”

Johnny Depp's team is trying to prove that the star was not the aggressor in his marriage to Amber Heard. He's suing The Sun newspaper for libel after they branded him a "wife-beater" in one of their articles.
