Jodie Sweetin says she's sober and now she'll have to prove it in court.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, a judge ordered Sweetin to submit to a hair follicle test. The judge suggested both parties "should work out a confidentiality agreement regarding the results of the drug testing."
Sweetin was also ordered to pay her ex-husband, Morty Coyle, $10,000 in attorney fees. She has until March 15 to make the payment.
As The Blast first reported, Sweetin has claimed to be sober, saying, “I have not had any alcohol in at least eight years, and I have been sober from illegal substances for at least six years.”
Sweetin and Coyle have been in a custody war for months, and she insists that he is using the drug test tactic to “harass and intimidate” as well as “embarrass” her.
