Jimmy Fallon served as the surprise commencement speaker on Sunday at the graduation ceremony for Marjory Stoneman Douglas.

The "Tonight Show" host delivered his address to the nearly 800 graduates at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida.

He said at one point, "When something feels hard, remember that it gets better. Choose to move forward. Don't let anything stop you."

Fallon tweeted part of his speech, captioning the video, "Congratulations Marjory Stoneman Douglas Class of 2018! You are not just the future – you are the present. Keep changing the world. Keep making us proud. #MSDStrong #YouAreThePresent."
