While her bikini snap grabbed enough attention, her caption made followers pause. Declaring she hates to exercise, Jessie James Decker wrote, "I dread it. I’m one of those girls that watches the clock and counts down to the last second when I can be done."

Saying she only works out four times a week for about 40 minutes, Jessie James Decker added, "I hate running so I don’t do much of that. I do enjoy lifting weights and quick circuit training. I love the stairmaster, I love nice long walks." She also added that she watches what she eats.
