JLo Gets a Helping Hand from A-Rod While Picking Out Bling

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez had a romantic Valentine's Day full of jewelry shopping, fancy food and a buttload of PDA.

JLo and her ex-MLB star beau were in Miami kicking off Wednesday's holiday with a trip to some jewelry stores for a gift. Lopez admired some watches in a skin-tight dress, while Rodrigez admired ... well, y'know.

Later the hot couple made a wardrobe change and hit up Brasserie Central for a romantic French dinner. JLo looked amazing in a very revealing, shimmering top. She's also rocking some diamonds, but it's unclear if they're from the earlier shopping trip.

One thing that should be clear ... it was a very quick dinner.
