Jennifer Hudson claims David Otunga removed their son from school and skipped town, and the only reason she found out was because of an app the school utilizes for child safety.

According to court documents, the "Dreamgirls" singer says on November 10, Otunga checked their eight-year-old son out of class and left town. She says the only reason she found out is because the school keeps records of who picks up kids with an app called, PickUpPatrol.

Hudson says she is now worried that Otunga may take their son out of state without notifying her. She says as recent as last week, Otunga had threatened to take their son out of her physical possession.

Hudson claims the "frequency and intensity of David's conduct has escalated to the point that I am now living in fear for my physical and emotional safety and that of my son."

She says the ex-WWE wrestler has been scaring and intimidating David Jr. to the point that he is "scared of his own mother." She alleges that their son has been instructed to send Otunga video on his iPad anytime he is with his mother, to give information on exactly where they are and who they are with.

Hudson says the intimidation has become so intense, that her son broke down crying while she was in the studio the other night because, "he was fearful of the consequences his father might impose on him for just being there.”
