Jennifer Aniston Urges Her 34 Million Fans To Wear Masks: 'It’s Worse That Businesses Are Shutting Down'

By Jeff Mazzeo

Jennifer Aniston has a hashtag for you... #wearadamnmask!

The legendary actress shared a selfie on Tuesday the featured a black mask. Jenn’s piercing, blue eyes stared directly into the camera and her hair was perfect, of course. She was casually dressed in a gray tank and a pink sports bra. She looked mask-tastic but it was her caption that piqued the interest of her fans.

Aniston's Message

"I understand masks are inconvenient and uncomfortable. But don’t you feel that it’s worse that businesses are shutting down... jobs are being lost... health care workers are hitting absolute exhaustion. And so many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough,” she wrote.

She continued, “I really do believe in the basic goodness of people so I know we can all do this 🥰 BUT still, there are many people in our country refusing to take the necessary steps to flatten the curve, and keep each other safe. People seem worried about their “rights being taken away” by being asked to wear a mask. This simple and effective recommendation is being politicized at the expense of peoples’ lives. And it really shouldn’t be a debate 🙏🏼 ⠀ ⠀ If you care about human life, please... just #wearadamnmask 😷 and encourage those around you to do the same ❤️.”

Her Famous Friends Applaud Her

Aniston, who is known for being one of the nicest people in Hollywood, has a lot of famous friends and they all praised her in the comments of her post.

Julia Roberts and Giselle Bunchen left 🙌🏼♥️🙌🏼 and 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 emojis.

"WORDED PERFECTLY and could you be anymore beautiful? Wow," Drew Berrymore commented, while Reese Witherspoon said, "Exactly."

Rita Wilson wrote, "It’s so easy to do." Matt Bomer as left praise 👏🙌🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 emojis.

Jenn's former flame, Justin Theroux was also happy 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 😷 with her message.

She's Over The Virus

Aniston is clearly fed up with the virus and she literally gave it the finger back in May. She shared a throwback and addressed the virus head-on.

"Dear Covid...⁣ You can kindly F@!k off now thank you BYE 👋🏼🖕🏼☹️ TBT,” she wrote.
