Jenelle Evans will get to spend the Fourth of July with her kids.

The "Teen Mom" star regained custody of her 5-year-old son Kaiser and 2-year-old daughter Ensley, Us Weekly reported on Wednesday. Her son Jace is still in the custody of her mother.

After a hearing on Wednesday, Evans tweeted, "Crying in tears of joy.

Evans and her husband, David Eason, were spotted leaving the Columbus County courthouse in North Carolina on Wednesday where Evans told Radar Online she was "very happy."

Eason then added, "Just stay on your Ps and Qs, cause some people try to accuse you of things that are not necessarily true, blow things out off the water that are very small."

As The Blast first reported, an investigation by child protective services in North Carolina was launched after calls came in from people worried about the other children in the home. Eason was seen brutally beating Nugget inside the home, and in front of the minor children, before taking the small dog outside for execution.

MTV cut ties with Evans after the incident, saying, "We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season."

Eason had already been persona non grata at MTV for homophobic comments he made on social media that got him banned from "Teen Mom," and producers were already uneasy about interacting with him while covering Jenelle's story.

Sources connected with development and casting for networks and reality production companies tell The Blast that Evans is persona non grata in the industry with everyone adamant she is not worth the risk.
