Jenelle Evans has been told to leave the home she shares with David Eason if she wants to prevent child protective services from taking her 2-year-old daughter.

Sources familiar with the situation tell The Blast, Evans' has been advised by officials to keep 2-year-old daughter Ensley at a friend's house and away from the home she shares with husband, David Eason.

We're told Evans has already been slapped by officials after CPS employees picked up her 4-year-old son Kaiser from school on Friday and put him in the care of his father, Nathan Griffith.

Her other son, 9-year-old Jace, has been in the care of her mother but now she has been told the boy cannot return to the home with Eason ever since he brutally beat and executed the family dog, Nugget.

We're told Evans is desperately trying to not lose custody of Ensley, and has agreed to take the girl to another house while the investigation into Nugget's death continues.

The former "Teen Mom" star also went on Instagram to address the situation, and admitted her Mother's Day, "wasn’t the cookout I expected and planned with all my kids, but I did receive plenty of flowers and a milking goat stand!"

People close to Evans and Eason are worried about the children being in a violent home, as some of the kids were present when he murdered Nugget.

As The Blast first reported, an investigation by child protective services in North Carolina was launched after calls came in from people worried about the other children in the home.
