'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Star Jeff Garlin in Danger of Having Divorce Case Thrown Out

Jeff Garlin could remain a married man if he doesn't get his act together.

As The Blast first reported, Garlin filed for divorce in September 2018 from his wife of 27 years, Marla. The couple has two sons together, Duke and James, neither of whom are minors.

But according to new court documents, Garlin has yet to serve his wife with the divorce and has not filed a proof of service with the court. Garlin must appear in court on January 31, unless he files the required documents before then.

Garlin and his wife, Marla, had been married since 1994 and he listed the date of separation as July 25, 2017 … one day after their 23rd wedding anniversary.

In his original filing, Garlin said he is willing to pay Marla spousal support but wants each side to pay their own attorneys’ fees.
