The 40-year-old sizzles while practicing his ironing skills in the new issue of Esquire. There's something about a domestic man that really gets us going!

Cool Off!

Esquire is also getting engines revving with a wet Momoa sitting in a pool of water out in the wilderness.

Even with his clothes on, the actor's striking looks and dominance is hard to resist.

His Wife's So Lucky!

He's taken but the way he talks about his wife is about the cutest thing ever.

FYI -- he's married to sex symbol Lisa Bonet and he can't believe it either.

“If someone says something isn’t possible,” Momoa told the magazine. “I’m like, ‘Listen here, I married Lisa Bonet. Anything is fucking possible.’ ”

He also dished that his relationship is something his wife prefers to keep private but said she's strict about his long hair.

He Nails The Scrunchie!

While joking around with Esquire, Momoa accepted their scrunchie challenge.

The idea of the game was to name off a bunch of hairstyles and see if the actor, who's always sporting a hair-tie, can nail the looks.

During the fun video, Momoa shared that Bonet threatened to divorce him if he ever cuts his long locks.

Woof, Woof!

Although he's holding a cat on the cover, Momoa describes his spirit by stating, “I’m not, like, an old soul. I’m a young puppy.”

Momoa also can level with himself on his acting chops.

"I mean, where do you put Drogo? He’s not going in a rom-com. No one even knew I spoke English," he said of his career.

Baywatch Diss

After all, he got his start on "Baywatch: Hawaii" when he was just 20 years old.

“I fell in love with the art of acting. But no one took me seriously," he said before the subtle jab.

"Baywatch isn’t known for its . . . quality of acting. I couldn’t get an agent to save my life.”

Tell that one to David Hasselhoff!
