August Alsina Says Jada Pinkett-Smith Got 'A Courtesy Call' BEFORE Shocking Relationship Confession

By Mike Walters

August Alsina claims Jada Pinkett-Smith and her husband were fully aware he was about to spill the tea on their romantic relationship -- and says it came in the way of a 'courtesy call' before his shocking interview confession.

Alsina took to Instagram to address allegations he 'side-swiped' Jada and Will Smith by revealing in an interview he had a sexual relationship with the still-married actress.

During the interview, he claimed he actually sat down with Will Smith and got his blessing to begin dating his wife, and now says both A-listers 'got courtesy calls' far in advance.

Singer Claims Will & Jada Got Heads Up And 'Time' Before Shocking Interview

August posted a lengthy statement on Instagram including a conclusion that truth and transparently can be uncomfortable but he won't apologize for it.

"Oppression comes in so many forms these days, beginning w/ physical slavery and bondage to the white man, then passed down generational programming that manifest into mental enslavement. Slaves to an idea, slaves to an image, slaves to a code of conduct, slaves to a picture you’ve created in your mind.. even if it contains many falsities.. & anything that differentiates from your “idea” & “image” feels like an attack. & I get it; not only do i get it but I’m also sorry you feel that way, BUT, The only attack here is against the invisible walls of silent societal construct and “code” we place upon each other & upon ourselves hidden behind the desires of others approval & acceptance; another form of slavery & bondage that blocks one’s truest self from showing & spirit flow," he wrote.

'Truth & Transparency' Makes Us Uncomfortable, Yes, But I Can't Apologize

He continued, "Truth & Transparency makes us uncomfortable, yes, but i can’t apologize for that. A tower of truth can never fall, only a tower of lies can do that. My truth is MY truth, & its mine to own. There is no right or wrong here, it simply just IS. & I make room and have acceptance for your thoughts and opinions, regardless if I agree or not, you have that freedom to feel WHATEVER it is u feel because when you’re at TRUE peace, all of the noise and chatter becomes that of a whisper. My heart has no malice or hate toward anyone on this planet. I just simply want the chains off & I’m willing to DIE getting there. The gift of freedom is yours to have, God promises us that, but only if you’re willing. &God is not a man that HE should lie.. & I’m His SON, so neither would I."

August Alsina: 'No One Was Sideswiped By Any Conversation'

In the end, Alsina made it clear, "No one was sideswiped by any conversation, everyone got courtesy calls time in advance. Wishing Everyone Big Love!"

As we reported, Will Smith denied he ever approved of August having a 4-year love affair with his wife, and called accusations of any romance, just 'wrong.'

Jada has also denied the existence of any romantic relationship, but promises to address the entire situation on her Facebook show, 'Red Table Talk.'

August claimed in an interview with “The Breakfast Club” co-host Angela Yee, saying, “I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation, due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership that they’ve spoken on several times, not involving romanticism, he gave me his blessing. I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life. I truly and really, really deeply loved and have a ton of love for her.”
