Ivanka Trump ended a tough week by proclaiming that her family may be the toughest bunch in the galaxy.

The daughter of President Donald Trump took to Instagram on Saturday and shared a photo as she and husband, Jared Kushner, prepared to go out on a date night.

Ivanka wore a stunning black dress while Kushner kept it classy in a tux.

However, their 3-year-old son, Theodore, got the most attention in the photo as he was dressed as a "Star Wars" Stormtrooper.

"The Force is strong in my family."

Ivanka wrote the fitting caption alongside Theodore posing in full costume.

Her other two children, Joseph and Arabella, could be seen looking on as they constructed a Lego set.

Fans of Ivanka flooded her comments with praise, and for keeping it real about balancing mom life with White House life.

"What a gorgeous family!"

"Legos everywhere = real life!"

Others poked fun at Theodore's choice of affiliating with The Empire, with one person writing, "the storm troopers are on the dark side..."

It was a long week for Ivanka, after first causing a stir following her appearance at the UN, and then having to deal with the drama surrounding the impeachment inquiry into her father.

Perhaps stronger than The Force, Ivanka showed off a photo of herself holding two adorable dogs and wrote, "The road to my heart is paved with pawprints."

Ivanka has chosen to focus on the positive things going on in the White House.

On Sunday she went on social media and wrote:

"We announced $123 Million in new Education grants this week with more than $78 M focusing on #STEM and Computer Science education and $30 M to grantees serving rural areas!"
